Singletrack issue 34 Forza FC fototec T-V200 "If you like orange then you'll love these-they make everything very, very Jaffa like. There photochromic range is very much biased towards bright conditions so they aren't overly suitable for British mountain biking 9our Scandinavian reader may like them) The quality of the lenses is seriously impressive for the money- and the semi-frameless shape offers good protection with no distraction. They are impressively light and very comfortable to wear, the nose and ear piece pads being very small but very effective. Singletrack overall: Too orangey for us, try the excellent pink-lens versions instead.

A lot of our testers really like the aesthetics of these pearly white lovelies and were perfectly prepared to accept the their performance compromise. Despite being very light and invisibly comfortable the thick frame material is very hard to ignore while riding - you're always aware your wearing them. And they seem to be very prone to fogging up. The frame material is nicely bendy which contributed to their comfy fit and make the simple push-in/push-out lens changing a simple, quick and secure procedure. The clear lenses are good for night riding and the "Ac Red" lenses are very good tint are impressively clear and sharp and work great in almost daylight conditions. Consequently the bright yellow lenses will very rarely get used. Neither will the smoke blue lens which are far too dark for UK riding. Singletrack overall: A firm favourite with some of our tartier tester but they have a few minor faults. The clear and Ac Red lenses are excellent.
